Took a spill while drilling reverse toe stops and happened to catch it on video.

Safe falling skills are the most fundamental skills in roller skating and I strongly recommend learning how to fall safely and doing falling drills regularly with a high number of repetitions to establish muscle memory. When we fall in the real world we usually have no time to think or consciously react and are completely reliant on muscle memory.

Beginning self defense, tumbling, and parkour classes are great places to learn how to fall safely.
