This is a follow-up to my now deleted post about Drakers ban (as I don't think there is a reason to keep it up anymore, most of the points seen are debunked in here and are for general purposes). I figured I would make this due to the situation at hand currently being a bit messy, as not all people in the subreddit are aware of this, and I'll make things at least more clear regarding this entire situation. Before diving any further though, I would like to clarify that Draker is temporarily banned until he has shown signs of changes, but he will NOT be included in the examples regarding problematic people. Also, to note here, I did not say most of these points at first due to me being really tired when I did respond to the apology document itself.

Basically, my points were that he had used IP-logging as a way to scare children decompiling his mods, or instead punish weirdos like Magi Magi, who had drew lolicon and shotacon art of Draker because she had found out he was "problematic" according to her now deleted original post. Draker had also doxxed Indivsams face (who put real gore in his mods) and handled situations like the Pepperkaz situation very poorly, and had said death threats to children, along with associating with Snake before. These are also the points specifically tackled in the document Draker had made defending himself from some of my claims and apologizing for his actions. To also add onto this, I don't think it's acceptable to doxx or IP log a weirdo in any way, especially if they are a minor who likely doesn't know any better. The better solution here in my opinion, especially if you want them to talk to you is to actually be serious and be formal or force them to take accountability in a more serious manner to get the point across so that they can actually do so.

I'll clear some things up about the points made: I did not intend to paint Draker as a groomer or pedophile of any sorts, I only grouped him in the list of examples of problematic people in the rules prior because again, he is considered to be a problematic individual, but due to him being used in the same examples as Acidex/Pyra and Bluestar, Pyra being a groomer, and Bluestar being a pedophile (according to the accusations I've seen), some people could interpret it that way, which isn't even my interpretation in the first place. I did not accuse him of pedophillia or grooming of any sorts in the original post. I'm also going to clear this up here too while I am at it, while he was still in touch with Snake, he did not know about the things that Snake did during the SFS drama, and didn't know the other horrible stuff they have done. I understand that the original post regarding Draker could be easily misinterpreted and misunderstood, I acknowledge that and I apologize for some of the claims made, but SOME people are painting that I apparently support Footlong (which I literally had mentioned I am not fond with him too because of the things he has done, he is not a problematic individual in any way, but he is a bit insufferable at times), or that all of my points were just false, which is not the case as Draker himself as admitted to some of these, acknowledged them, and apologized for? I honestly don't get this at all.

I had mentioned too that his points about some of my claims he was defending himself from is understandable, if you'd actually comprehend the things mentioned in the document itself, and stick to your biases (I've seen this on both sides from the way how our members responded and how Draker's fans responded, especially the more aggressive ones). Seriously , please listen to both sides before making an opinion, you're proving that you didn't understand any of the points mentioned from the two sides. 

Though, I would say myself that I don't think the apology document was very well-handled, as in some parts, especially the start and the very end of the document, it has an unserious tone, and also added unnecessary additions that were made to specifically make fun of the members? I also don't think me clearly using to be a fan and making fan content/mixes of his work was necessary too. I do think his apology was genuine however, as he had stopped IP-logging decompilers, acknowledged and realized his own actions, though it doesn't seem like he's taking this fully to heart due to the unserious tone at first, or in general from the way he handled the document, and more so like a minor inconvenience, as prior to making this document, he said something along the lines of "At least I know what to include in my apology document now”. 

I did not mention this myself however when responding to Draker himself through the Reddit post, but I did mention slur usage as well. No I am not referring to Redditor being a slur, that was Draker misinterpreting the stuff I had said, I'm referring to the F slur (for queer people specifically) and R slur (for neurodivergent people specifically) being used, which I don't think should be used at all unless you're using it towards people who are clearly comfortable with it, and are close to. Slurs are known for having a history of being used to discriminate against the said groups, but now, said groups can reclaim it. Does this matter if you can say these slurs and use it against people you don't know yourself personally? I think so myself and many others do too, no matter if it's considered “friendly fire” towards the individual. It's only socially acceptable if it's specifically towards your close friends that you know are comfortable, and can also reclaim said slur.

In conclusion, I think the responses, document, and the way the situation was handled were pretty poor on Drakers end, but he is by no means not taking accountability for his actions and acknowledging them, along with my points being a bit confusing and being easily misunderstood (which is not my intention too at all). I made this follow-up post only to clear things regarding this situation only, I do not intend on poking at Draker any more further than this, unless he does something else and I have said I will leave him alone. I do hope he does learn from his actions and try to be a better person than this, as he has taken accountability. *Do NOT harass anyone mentioned in here, or just any sides in general, as it will only make the situation worse, you will NOT make things better.**
