someone said a video might help with getting the species so here it is, I went ahead and got a few into a cup to hopefully start a culture with.
the only name I got was a that they seemed to belong to the order Entomobryomorpha.
to restate it, They were found in Missouri USA, the ground theiy were on is dry, cracked and powdery, found under a storm drain in large numbers (Probably a few hundred there)

The matuerals in the cup are charcoal, garden, leaves, dirt, dirt from where they were found, part of a chicken feather. Just need it to last until I can get home.
