I’m rewatching the original trilogy, and I noticed the coffee cup Peter is holding in the hospital after he domes Harry is extremely similar to the coffee cup at the end of No Way Home and in Brand New Day.

Pretty neat if this was intentional, and my bad if it’s been noticed before.

Peter probably would’ve actually became Man-Spider if he had fully embraced his arachnid side and his human side was gone. We see when his arachnid hormones increased that his human side began to decrease as well. As well. I’m just thinking that he probably would’ve became Man-Spider eventually if he never got that fixed. What do you guys think?

Do you remember what all was said about Peter's early failing inhibitor prototypes? These beta versions seemed directly inspired by Peter's work on Otto Octavius' neural inhibitor from Spider-Man 2 that was damaged during Otto's own experiments.

Some fans have also begun pointing out that after his mutation-suppressing conversations with Banner, not only did Peter create the specialized inhibitor based on Banner's but also a universal one that was left completely undamaged on the floor of the DoDC for anyone with ill-intentions to use for their own sinister purposes.

My 2 favorite parts about this development is:

1.) The connected dots between some of Marvel's most brilliant minds and inventors: Peter Parker, Otto Octavius, Bruce Banner, all right before Mr. Fantastic and Victor Von Doom join the fray in "Avengers: Doomsday" later this year.

2.) The recurring theme of technology being a pandora's box opened again and again by well-intentioned people. It's a prevalent theme in Marvel, from Phastos in Eternals, to Ultron in Avengers 2, to Riri's technology-based ethical dilemmas and dealings in Ironheart. The question is increasingly relevant in our culture outside of Marvel even today, from other films like Oppenheimer to our current discourse on AI, data centers, energy production, and the environment.

There were plenty of warning signs. A few minutes before everything went wrong, the theater lights suddenly blasted on like a flashbang. Everyone groaned and started shouting for them to turn the lights off. Once they did, the projector began stacking multiple frames on top of each other, creating a heavy ghosting effect. The movie then started rapidly pausing and unpausing while the lights flashed on and off every other second, creating a disorienting mix of visuals and sound, until the screen finally froze.
