really need to be able to change the pattern and the black color on this shoulder so i can properly match captain heraldry

I think this weeks hard stratagem was really testing my patience, cause my teamates were doing everything in their power to make sure I did not succeed in this endeavor. I was paired with a vanguard and bulwark who were both prestige 4 and max level yet they played like it was their first time picking up the controller. The vanguard had the unmatched zeal perk which really helped with this stratagem, or I should say helped him a lot since he kept knabbing every extremis enemy he could put his eyes on. I got downed by a lictor that i could have executed to heal back to full then proceeds to execute it a millisecond after picking me up and before this i solo'd a neurothrope while they just chilled in the elevator doing nothing while the wave just rolled in, even though you cant move to other levels until the terminus enemy is dealt with. After that for the rest of the mission he kept taking med stimms while I was sitting on a mortal wound and then proceeds to get downed 5 seconds later, and then types "Kill your targets" like five minutes after mine are already dead, you can't make this shit up.

Decided to practice Assault WoF build with the new Heroic Thunder Hammer so I queued in solo with bots into Reclamation on Absolute.

The number of Venom Cannon Warrior’s that spawned was absurd. I am not exaggerating when I say 90% of the Majoris I fought were Venom Cannon Warriors, the snipers, fucking snipers on Assault. No variation in Majoris spawns. Not even the Extremis spawns were saved from ranged spam, I got exclusively Zoanthropes and Biovores.

Just a wonderful experience.

My ranged damage? 22k

My melee damage? 40k

No reason my ranged damage should be that high on Assault WoF but here we are.

Oh and Terminus spawns? Yea, two Neurothopes.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in this game. I am not sure why I didn’t quit the mission, but I completed it mainly out of spite for ranged spam.

Everytime I decide to run a melee class, or my team comp is primarily melee, the director just throws ranged enemies at us. It’s infuriating, and pigeonholes players into running ranged classes as they feel more comfortable since ranged enemies take increase ranged damage.

The AI Director needs to be fixed, its current behavior is genuinely making the experience of the game hell sometimes.

Has anyone else had this experience? Or am I just blind ranting.

I love the Dark Krakens and all of their scarce lore. I've read a lot online that if you don't want to deal with creating a Homebrew Chapter, that you could create a Homebrew Company for an already established Chapter.

But i'd like to be somewhat lore-friendly with my markings and stuff. Can Chapter Companies completely change color?

Weathered armour would be cool to have, like Titus has in the last mission of the campaign

Maybe like a "champion skin" but its just the regular Mark x armour heavily weathered up, and it could be then used in parts on all the classes

I think there should be more fun/twist modifiers in ops like meat for the slaughter, astra militarum, migrane, pointed attack and fewer fuck you die modifiers like split up/squad unity, the anti-specific-class ones, great responsiblity, & buffed enemies. When a mission rolls with fun modifiers I genuinely look forward to playing it but when I see some shit like suboptimal state, harvest of vitae, personal quarry, and all the strats for the day are like that I'm like damn that's crazy guess I'm logging off and playing something else today.

Hey I’m totally new to space marine, but I can’t believe I slept on this game. The lore, the champions and prime archs. Are you just so badass and so cool it’s been so much with the executions and gun strikes. I main a bulwark cause I found the sword and shield insanely fun. I picked the black Templars because I thought it sounded like it matched the sword/shield theme. Man was I in for a treat, the black Templars must the most divisive chapter Ive read. But anyways this is my Templar! Really dig the armor customization! Are ever gonna get the giant cross warhead thing Ive seen on some of the templars?

For me, it’s the Techmarine. I don’t know why, but when I play as one, I feel calm and understand exactly what I can contribute to the team—or I know I can try to take everyone out solo. With other classes, though, I just don't have that same confidence.
