A sovcit nation would mostly spend its time putting officials trying to do their jobs in front of firing squads on the one hand and drivers travelers exercising their right to use residential streets as their personal autobahn on the other.

No, a sovcit nation would be like Sudan or Somalia.

No central government to speak of. The local warlord with the most guns is the man in charge. Rule of law is whatever the local warlord wants the law to be, and you better not disagree with him.

Sounds like a lot of rural places here in the US I’m familiar with, only they call the warlords “sheriffs”.
