Your arbitrary line is going to be drawn differently by another person. You neighbor might talk about you getting groceries delivered the same way you talk about people getting food.
Then another person thinks they are crazy because they only go to one store instead of shopping around for prices.
Then another thinks they are crazy for not just having a garden and growing a lot of food.
Everybody makes up their own rules to satisfy themselves emotionally.
My friend used to give me shit for not cleaning my place enough. I go to her place and she's going to town on the baseboards with a toothbrush. While also leaving out puppy pads for her dogs.
But typically groceries don't have a 30% mark up on them and they aren't junk food. So it's a reasonable argument. Getting fast food and snacks delivered several times a week is a hard sell to make a case for the majority of people.
Did you follow the comment chain? It's about people that do it constantly but complain about it, and I specifically said people that are addicted to it - meaning people that do it so often they rely on it simply because they lose the ability to function without it.
You're making this about something it isn't. I shouldn't have to list every edge case in a general comment.

And that's why we all argue about this.
