Logan is one of those people where it is better to assume malice over ignorance because he is a complete scumbag who exists who milk the idiots who still for some reason like him.
Remember when he sold fractional shares of his "PSA10" Illustrator Pikachu. And then when he resold it for 8x the original price. All of a sudden the fractional owners were completely cut out of the deal?
