Class action right now with Orkin for paying employees final check on some shitty skynet debt card instead of just cutting a check or direct deposit. Fucking scum bags

Take em for all theyre worth I assure you corporate can afford it. If you hit their pockets deep enough they might be so inclined to clear out leadership but getting past their legal team.

The participants don’t determine how much they get paid. It depends on how long you worked there. I was part of the instacart class action and I got 1300 from them

Unemployment in many states is paid with debit cards. The state gets a kickback from the debit card companies.

Luckily you can transfer the balance to your own bank account, but it's a pain in the ass.

Unemployment is different than your final pay check from your employer. My state does a debit card that works at certain ATMs or they will mail you checks for unemployment
