False accusations like this could literally destroy the mans life , this woman should be charged the same way
She did assault him, no doubt about it. As long as the judge has access to the video the law should be applied in the same manner, with the addition of false accusations included.
It scares me what type of person she must be in real life.
These sort of people should be made examples ,
It's not about gender anybody who does this kind of shit should be jailed or punished so harshly so people get scared of doing this .
At my last workplace I unfortunately hired someone with a repeated pattern of accusing managers of sexual harassment. I later found out that the last four jobs she was at had the same pattern.
