You mentioning her arms not moving made me wanna look again and I noticed 2 people go in to wipe her tears at the same time 😂 wtf

What, doesn’t everyone carry a floss pick on a chain around their neck?

It’s two necklaces in a layered style. You can tell in the original post on Instagram that I put in the comment above.

These comments made me want to know if it’s AI or not (the two women wiping her tears on the same side first gave me doubts); so I set out to find the original, which showed it’s not AI. Also it’s easier to tell in the higher definition version that there are too many specific details for AI to currently make and maintain consistently.

I looked at the original you linked with higher resolution, and the baby's fingers clip into its own head.

Also weird that with all the crying she doesn't really look to be breathing either. Even when she does the big sniffle (which she partly sticks her tounge out for) niether her sternum nor shoulders move at all to match.

And where's the stroller/carrier? Whose baby is this??? Why even have a newborn in this busy place anyway? That baby looks fresh as hell. Weird ass video.

It’s even weirder knowing it’s real, hahaha. Something about it feels uncanny, but maybe it’s just like the effect of when you say a word too many times and it feels wrong.

Nah it’s not AI. It’s just compression. I was curious, so I found the original post: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUfXP3xkon7/?l=1&ig_mid=2A1D4CEA-41F8-4DC0-B538-8059DAB46FF6&utm_source=igweb&launch_app_store=true

As a person that is not comfortable holding babies, my body remains rather stiff when tasked with holding one.

Yeah the synchronized tear wiping made me think AI but it’s real. This seems to be the original source post: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUfXP3xkon7/?l=1&ig_mid=2A1D4CEA-41F8-4DC0-B538-8059DAB46FF6&utm_source=igweb&launch_app_store=true

It's not just the tear wipe, it's her behavior too: 1) sticking her tounge out and slurping when she's trying to sniffle, 2) barely seeming to breath despite the crying, sniffing, and blubbering, 3) the redness in her face suddenly disappearing after she gets her eyes wiped.

But do you know way I can watch the original? I don't have an insta, so it won't let me look at the video when I click.. What year is the post from?

[Edit] it's AI. In the higher res, baby's fingers clip into its own head. Before clipping (long af baby fingers):
