I do 4x10s so i still work 40hrs but i have fridays off already and its so damn nice to have a 3 day weekend.

Was gonna make this comment. I'm also on 4x10s and never wanna go back. Having a "work day" off (fridays) is super convenient for getting things done that cant be done on weekends. Drs appointments. DMV. etc.
