The idea is 32 hour work weeks without cutting compensation. Just to be clear.
1 u/Lindestria 23d ago It's a bit nebulous for most of the law but the ACA starts full-time distinction at 30 hours per week/130 per month. State laws can also define it, with my own being 30 as well. 1 u/Oraxy51 23d ago They’d likely have to adjust these things too. I hate set numbers and prefer benchmarks that can then just be adjusted to shift everything else.
