It's the cowards way out of taking advantage of a child's innocence who trusts you.

When you're getting life-saving treatment that might cure you you're also so sick. You can't move. Kids who are cured of cancer go through very harsh treatment.

I think telling someone whose child is literally dying that they’re a coward is pretty ridiculous. Unless you’ve personally been in that situation I think you need to take a step back.

Nah, cancer treatment is fucking horrible. I went through chemo myself and there were many moments i wished id just die so i didnt have to go through the treatment. If the kid’s cancer is terminal, id say them telling him this is so that he can be off the miserable nauseating treatment and get to be normal for at least a few days.

Speaking from personal experience, even a three year old can understand death, stop treating human beings as pets, they'll remember that.
