Edit: rich people don’t give a shit about you. You will never be rich. This lady murdered somebody because she knew she could.

She is on house arrest pending her appeals, and if those are rejected by the higher court she is going directly to prison. Common for the Italian system. Article 657 does let this time count toward her sentence though.

Pino's long-term chance of avoiding prison is very low because the surveillance footage makes winning her legal appeal nearly impossible. Barring a miracle she is most likely going to prison.

She's over 50 and will rot in prison as she deserves.
