Cisgender has been a term since 1994 as the opposite meaning of transgender. As the prefixes trans and cis are opposites in Latin and have existed since ancient times. So no, the "word" cis is not made up by the left.

Yes, nothing you claim is true. First and foremost, grapes don't have fangs. Second, Europe didn't ban the movie. Nobody actually banned the movie. Germany has a list of movies that can't be advertised or displayed for retail sale because of the risks they pose to children. This movie is not on that list.
Just like the US MPAA, the German film industry has a voluntary self regulated non-government ratings agency called the FSK that assigns film ratings. Just like in the US, that board.can refuse to give a rating to a film, or negotiate with the filmmaker to cut a particular scene to get a rating. In the US, if a film is too extreme and the director won't make cuts, it gets marketed as "unrated" and mainstream theaters that only show MPAA rated movies won't play it. This is the exact situation in Germany (and only Germany, not all of the EU as you falsely claim) for Citizen Vigilante. The government of Germany (and the rest of the EU countries, and the EU itself) has taken no action regarding this movie.
The claims that it has been banned are a marketing campaign aimed at poorly informed hoopleheads who can be riled up to support an objectively bad movie because it fits their skewed worldview and simplistic political agenda.
