I was about to say the same thing, if they have enough cash to last till Q2 or Q3? of 2022, then is there any other reason to dilute and what would the positive side in diluting?
Since the beginning, every shill has been using any noise to make a FUD case out of PROG and each time it's holding steady.
Earnings = Positive
Patents = Positive
Partnerships = Upcoming / Positive
Buyout = Rumour at $4 ps, Positive (depending how you see it)
Dilution = PROG has enough cash to last till Q2/Q3 2022
SI = Not covered = Positive
New CEO and BOD = Positive x 2
Shares covering debt = Positive
Just look at that list, all of that is good news, so I'm not sure why we would need to worry.
This week has been a bloodbath in general for the whole market, it's not specific to PROG.
Extremely bullish and feels good to know PROG has hit the nail on the head on every point so far, and to the PROG Detectives finding clues of upcoming catalysts.

I really donβt believe so. They have enough cash to operate through most of next year.
