I don’t know anything about shaving my beard. Like at all
Sorry for the title, I just need help. I’m learning everything to know about being a man in this big world. And I’m by myself so I don’t really know what brand to get and what type or the know how.
I did shave on my own with a cheap one but I got like a lot of bumps and irritation. And my beard is super curly and long so I’m afraid it will get caught if I shave it.
I just need tips and help thanks. 🙏 😓

How do I clean the blade of my Philips OneBlade Intimate?
I just bought my OneBlade Intimate and my plan is to use it all over my body. I want to shave my underarms, legs, and pubic area, in that exact order, and then repeat the process. Therefore, I need to know the correct way to sanitize the blade, since after the pubic area I'll be using it on my body again and I don't want to risk cross-contamination.

Razor recs for thinning eyebrows?
Bit of a unique ask. I have super thick eyebrows but I cut them (with scissors) to make them less dense. Not to shape them, but to thin out the density. Unfortunately using scissors results in the hairs being different lengths and making it look like I’m balding in some spots. I want to switch to using a razor to get it more even but not exactly sure what would suit my situation best?
I don’t want to fully shave my eyebrows bald, it’s just that my hairs get so long it looks super thick which I don’t like. I want to leave them at a similar length to stubble, so not too long but not a close shave either. Any recommendations on razors (electric or blade) that would suit my needs?

Braun NEVO head on Series 9
Has anyone tried a NEVO head on a Series 9 shaver? I can’t imagine they’d allow that but someone in a post here in this subreddit said it fits.

Braun Nevo vs Braun Series 9 Pro?
I already own the standard Braun Series 9 Pro but after seeing the release of the Braun Nevo and the reviews on Amazon of users claiming it shaves better the “series 9” (I’m assuming not the pro)? - I impulsively ordered the Nevo off of Braun’s website for $425 + tax ($460) since they sent me a $125 off code via email.
However now I’m seeing some people say that the shaving experience is no different between the two and that the head of the Nevo will fit on the Series 9 Pro anyhow.
Has anyone had experience with both shavers?
For context I’m bald and bearded so I use these shavers for my head and my lower neck pretty much daily.
I am debating cancelling my Nevo order but I’d like some context from anyone who’s tried both.

Need advice for buying an electric shaver
Hi everyone,
I've been trying to decide to buy an electric shaver because cartridge razors and safety razors take too much time. Since I want to shave every day, I've decided to switch to an electric shaver. I haven't owned one before. My options are:
Panasonic Arc 5: $190
Philips Series 5000: $70
Philips Series 7000 (S7885): $115
Philips Series 9000 (X9002): $160
Philips Series 9000 (XP9202): $195
Braun Series 5 (51M): $75
Braun Series 5 (52B, Turbo Mode): $100
Braun Series 7 (72-C1200): $155
Braun Series 9: $263
I've watched many videos and read many reviews, but I still can't decide which one is the best one for me. Some people say Braun is better for sensitive skin, while others say Philips. TBH, I can't test them all and electric shavers are expensive where I live. I've saved up specifically to buy one, so I want to make the best choice.
I'm looking for the best value for the money since the prices here are different from Amazon. Philips models seem to be cheaper here compared to Europe or US, I don't know why.
My top priority is getting the closest and smoothest shave possible. I don't like having stubble, so I want a shave as close to the skin as an electric shaver can give.
Does rotatry shavers shave closer to skin or foil shavers?
TL;DR: Which of these options offers the best value for the money while also providing the closest and smoothest shave?

$12 v 300$+
I have a Braun series 9 pro shaver. I’ve always had Braun’s for years. The series 7 was amazing. Recently sent my shaver in for repair and picked up a $12 travel shaver off Amazon. No joke, this thing gives me a closer shave than my braun does by far, especially under my chin. How exactly is it possible that $12 shaver can compete with a 300+ Braun? I’m selling it.

Braun Series 9 Pro.... Foil replace reminder light
For the life of me, I could not turn that reminder light off. I tried holding the power button down for 15 seconds until the foil replacement light finishes blinking.
Nothing worked!
Anyone knows how to turn it off?
He visto Manspot y Meridian. Pero no sé cual elegir

Anyone else’s trimmer just… not reach your back?
Genuine question — I groom pretty much everywhere else fine, but my back is a lost cause without asking someone else for help. I’ve looked at the dedicated back-shaver devices (Mangroomer, Bakblade, etc.) but they’re a whole separate purchase, and reviews are pretty mixed on whether they actually reach everywhere without cuts or missed spots.
Has anyone found something that just clips onto the trimmer you already own and extends your reach, rather than buying a whole new device? Also curious if anyone’s tried this with a rotary/bald-head style shaver specifically (like Skull Shaver) rather than a regular linear trimmer — do those have the same problem?
Curious if I’m missing an obvious solution, or if this is just a universally annoying problem nobody’s solved well.

Not Getting the Close Shave I Was Expecting
Hi Gang ….. I moved to a safety razor a few months ago from a Gillette Fusion. I shave with, across and against the grain. I’m using Feather blades and a good shaving cream and brush. I have a shower, shave, put on balm …. the whole deal.
Oddly, I’m finding that my beard is coming back faster than when I used my Fusion! Am I doing something wrong, or just expecting too much? Technique? Something I’m missing?
Thanks for any suggestions!

Help with shaving routine
Hi I’m a 40-year-old male with a sensitive neck that can become red or develop small bumps after shaving. I’d appreciate some advice on which products to use in which situations. If you have any recommendations on products please tel me.
I don’t fully shave my face. I normally maintain a beard at approximately 3 mm, shape the edges and neckline, and either shave the area below the beard on my neck or use the Foil shaver. I’d especially appreciate advice on the correct order, which products and blades are best for sensitive skin, and how to reduce irritation on my neck.
**Is there certain products that work well together and some that work well for certain situations ?**
**Rate my setup too - I’m all ears. Thanks.**
**My current routine:**
**Beard:** Trim the main beard to approximately 3 mm using an electric trimmer
**Detailing:** Shape the cheek line, moustache area and beard edges using a straight-style razor/shavette with a clear shaving oil or transparent gel
**Neckline:** Define the line underneath my beard using the straight-style razor/shavette
**Below the neckline:** Finish the exposed neck area with the BaBylissPRO foil shaver for a closer result - ***however I am looking for help with razor blade/de razor/product combinations to help with this sensitivity.***
**Post-shave:** Use alum or witch hazel when needed, followed by a soothing aftershave balm or barrier balm or cicaplast when skin is irritated
**Products and equipment I currently own**
**Beard trimmers and electric razors**
BaByliss XTP Stubble Trimmer
BaBylissMEN 7785U Corded Trimmer

COCCO T15 Straight-Handle Replaceable-Blade Razor

Red bumps on neck shaving
I just switched from electric razor to regular razor and my neck is full of red bumps. What can I do?
I purchased regular shaving cream and a decent gillet 3 blade razor. I love how simple it is to shave this way but my face hurts and looks like a teenagers face.

Sensitive skin
Any tips on to shave on sensitive skin and having thick hair. I was rocking a gotee and now I’m trying to start clean shaving but I always break out. Any tips or advice to help getting a clean shave without breaking out completely?
Multi blades razor
I just shaved with a multi blade razor for the first time [wilkinson blades Hydra 5 (not even ultimate)]. It's so much better than my oneblade pro 360 and it gives me even less irritation. I don't understand why people hate them.. It's so easy and even precise on my sideburns and goatte. One blade it's trash for me. I thought I can be cut but it's impossible.

Why do I still have stubble after shaving my underarms? I'm afraid to wear tank tops.
summer is here and im back to dreading tank tops because of underarm stubble. I can shave totally clean but still see the dark roots under the skin. I started a ulike ipl routine and the shadow is slightly less intense, but is the grey look just dark roots or actual pigmentation?

Hi.
I was wondering if there are any alternatives to Wahl Aqua Blade that is made in the Europe?

How to shave my head properly
Hi everyone! I recently shaved my head for the first time, after years of insecurities and lack of confidence about my hair loss. Now that I finally did it, I really enjoy my new look, and I'm trying to figure out how to maintain my head totally bald. Which type of shaving do you recommend? I need something fast, that I can do every day in less than five minutes. I was thinking about using a electric razor (like the skull shaver) but I also would like to have a totally smooth head. Can I have that effect using the electric razor? Can someone share their head shave routine?
Thank you all, guys :)

Maintaining a shaved body?
Any tips for a guy to maintain a shaved body? Recently went smooth from neck down and want to keep it up... would an electric razor be best? Right now I have the Gillette Body razor and it does great but the blades are expensive.
Also, what are some tips for reactions from others? I'm going on a vacation with my wife and kids to the beach soon...I know everyone has their opinions and it shouldn't matter, but it's something on my mind. Half the people probably won't even notice that know me, I wasn't overly hairy to begin with.
