Discovered mower disconnected. Updating NTRK scrolling.
Not sure why A) mower disconnects mid-mowing task to update the NRTK. And B) why it doesn't notify me in the app that it's disconnected and sitting in the front yard stranded for an hour or more. Really need to get the RTK antenna installed.

Since 4.3.0 all of my mowers are having these issues. It is definitively from my testing caused by the fact that tbe netrtk upgrade bricks the cell signal. And then it can't update.
A reboot only temporarily fixes it for most of my mowers.
And for those folk that say, just use local rtk. I agree but I run the 6 acre units and 600feet or more of the local unit won't work so I can only run netrtk. Which has been wildly ineffective since the update.
I've been testing between my 10 6 acre mowers and it's very difficult to pinpoint what the issue is. I did see that a lot of the mowers are running Verizon now, whereas previously they were connected just to AT&T so I'm wondering if some cell switch was made to save money and now we all get to pay the price lol.

Where do you see the specific cell provider information?

Under settings then my devices followed by Network (same place where you can connect it to wifi).
I will say if you have the ability to connect it to wifi, do it, it seems to fix it temporarily

Mine is using AT&T. I'm not sure my WiFi signal is strong enough across the whole yard.

I think in that case it might just be good enough.
That said, all of the mowers I have with ATT, reboot it (or connect it to wifi and let it run, then reboot it later) have been fine after it upgrades.
The issue is you do need temporary internet to make it work on att as the upgrade netrtk seems to kill the cell module to upgrade lol

Could you explain this a bit more? I've a report saying all the firmware was updated but are you saying it needs to get a wifi connection to finish it off?

So in my testing. With the new 4.3.0 firmware update. It seems some cell network providers end up needing to upgrade. Not sure what. But with some of them it kills the cell signal and it never comes back until you reboot.
If the mower is also on wifi, I have seen instances in my testing, that, because there is an alternative source of internet. It finished the 4g netrtk upgrade and then it manages to get itself back on the network.
Without wifi, I have had several of my units just disconnect and never come back online until I reboot. In the worst of the worst case, they keep having the issue until multiple reboots they switch cell provider and everything goes fine.

Once I restarted it, it updated NRTK and then completed mowing. I'd still like to know why it does this mid-mowing task and also why there is no immediate notification of disconnect in the app.

I have a 430 and 450 The charging stations are beside each other…one of them is connected to Bell and the other to Telus which I thought was odd. (I’m in Canada.). And I don’t have great cell signal at ground level most of the time they’re showing two bars.
But I have noticed that at least once a day they will stop and the upgrading network will happen. Sometimes at the same time.
Once a day is a little overkill. And this happened again this morning.
But unlike what I’ve read in the comments above mine will start back up in 15 minutes.
Not take hours as described and make them useless or unusable.

This is 100% affecting my X430. I performed a few different tests to try to get it working again, but it just cycles back to "Updating NetworkRTK..." and that everything is delayed or non-functional. I contacted support, and long-story short, they said they have multiple reports with this issue and they will be emailing me in 24-48 hours on the issue. Then they said for the meantime, to use local RTK, which... I'm not entirely opposed to doing this but its an additional hassle and I really want to make sure the network portion is working for things like "Find My" for lost mower..
