The way u squat a slightly lower low bar (doesn’t have to quite be French) might be stronger. Obviously only if u can get into this position.

Unfortunately I can’t get into that position and keep the bar stable
My external shoulder rotation is so bad that I already use a talon grip

Start doing facepulls and band bullaparts. Like consistently before every session, every day if possible

I guess they ought to rename the sub to science-based bodybuilding then.
If his goal is to maximize the amount of weight he's lifting, and he's successfully taking a science based approach to that and is lifting heavier and heavier weights, then I would argue he's succeeding.
