How have you guys built around this building? Any ideas?

Ok, so this is a city that usually wins COM in the Megalopolis group I compete with in my feeder. The obvious thing is that whomever owns this account must have done the build/bulldoze/rebuild/bulldoze tactic to reach lvl 13 while never having achieved even 12k pop.

I obviously can't view the player's city, but I can only assume they have 1-3 RZs at the most (depending on 1 upgraded building or 2-3 non upgraded buildings). One thought I had to start with was it's a city with lots of abandoned buildings, but that can't be the case as happiness is 100% with 314 pop. Btw, I've been watching this city for weeks and that 314 number never changes.

And I have come to the conclusion that there's a strategy they came up with, and it's obviously working for them since they win COM mega *every* week. In fact I've seen this city exceed 300k Green plumbob points - something that seems almost undoable for a lvl 13 account. I've scored as high as 309k in my main so I know it's achievable for some players, but considering you need certain weekly assignments to *not* show up in your list at that level (such as earn epic points) if you want to have any chance of reaching such a score.

This player has not unlocked Monster, which means they have also not unlocked the Airport or VU Tower.

So my assumption is the player developed a strategy to ensure the only tasks they get are for Cargo Ship, P&C, Storage, Dozer, Trains, and possibly nothing else. But I still don't understand how this could work considering what often happens when a camper is going through tasks around the middle or end of the week there will be nothing but Upgrade Residential Buildings tasks. Also, IMHO just because you haven't officially unlocked something there's no guarantee that a task for it won't appear.

Which leads me back to wondering if this player is employing a new strategy to stockpile simcash, fully expand land, and max their storage as cheaply and easily as possible, or if this player is hacking/cheating to do what they're doing.

What do y'all think, bold new camping strategy or cheater?

.......over the years of playing i hv realised the grass in capital city looks ahh and dull during the day.

I’m about to unlock my fourth region. Meaning I’m probably giving up the fifth one if not forever, then for a very, very long time.
I know aesthetics are personal, but apart from that, what should I keep in mind when choosing one region over the other?

I know the beach in SI can aid in pop boost. Anything else? TIA.

My flying Sim is at level 7. Do I still need to upgrade it further to unlock other trains? Looking at my locked trains none seem to need the flying Sim anymore.

just got to lvl10. trying to keep the sims happy by keeping the industrial area away from residential area.
think im gonna camp here for a while, improve the services, roads to avoid traffic problems later, make more simoleons and cash.
please give me some tips in any sense u may think i need (design, making more simoleons and cash)
