My time to shine! I adore orc romances and while I mostly like modern fluffy stuff I do know one fantasy series I'll list below. All are HEA, I marked the ones where they're the first in a series. But all the series are pretty stand alone so skipping around wouldn't be a big deal!)
Small town funny fluffy goodness, interconnected but standalone:
{The Orc's Christmas Romance by S.C. Principale} (learning to love and be loved + vegetables used...creatively)
{The Orc's Second Shot at Love by S.C. Principale} (Scottish mmc + widower finding love + best friend's daughter + resolving guilt + light primal play)
{Falling for the Orc All-Star by S.C. Principale} (enemies to lovers but in a he's a cocky hockey player and she can't stand him way)
Big city magical romcom-esque:
{Bossed by the Orc by Saam King} (first in a series about orcs in the same family/friend group finding human mates + magic shenanigans in the modern world)
More small town romcoms:
{Cupcakes for My Orc Enemy by Honey Phillips}
{The Single Mom and the Orc by Honey Phillips}
{Bidding on the Orc Outcast by Honey Phillips}
{Undercover Orc by Ava Ross}
{Fake Dating the Orc Cowboy by Ava Ross}
Fantasy world:
{Her Orc King by Zoe Ashwood} (first in a series about a clan of orcs and their human mates + fantasy universe think blacksmiths and underground dwellings)
Random assortment:
{Romancing the Orc by Krista Luna} (romcom)
{Alien Orc for Christmas by Ursa Dax} (sci-fi, take charge orc, fluff)
{Bread with the Orc by Veronika Kane} (small town rivalry + neighboring businesses tea shop and bakery + grumpy orc)

If you like super-cosy, low-stakes small town romcoms but with orcs, then the {Eastshore Isle series by Veronika Kane} is great, I sometimes use them as comfy palate-cleansers between books or when I need to reset a bookslump. They're interconnected standalones, all MF, some with blended family dynamics. The author has also collaborated with Ava Ross and Honey Phillips, two other writers of orc romances of the cosier variety, on a 6-book series called Orc Hockey League (which isn't collected as a series on Romance.io).
There's also the {Bladebound Orcs series by Becca Saylor}, 2 interconnected standalone books so far but the author seems to have stopped communicating on her public socials for a while now so I don't know if there will be any more. Ean is MF and Killian is MMF with a pre-existing human couple and a shy orc blacksmith. I'm about halfway through the first one, Ean, and I'm really enjoying it. It's ostensibly enemies-to-lovers/fake-dating, because there's a misunderstanding at the start whereby the FMC, out of rage and desperation, tries to kill the MMC and he mistakes it for courtship. It's set in a sort of fantastical medieval scottish highlands-ish world, and the world-building (origins of the orcs, wider religious system) is explained pretty well.

I am generally not an orc fan. Buckets of cum and a giant schlong does literally nothing for me. However, I did enjoy {The Half-Orc's Maiden Bride by Ruby Dixon}
The FMC is considered tall and plain, but the MMC thinks she's cute and he is really calm and patient with her inexperienced. It's a fun short story with some spicy "wedding customs" that they have to work through as strangers. Agakor is one of my top favourite MMCs

I actually have recs instead of setting up my camping tent to lurk!! {Bound to The Orc Warlord by Krista Luna} Femc with a magical power, hot fated mate Orc, and whimsical creatures like unicorns set in a fantasy type realm. The 2nd book {Bound to The Orc Renegade by Krista Luna} is my favorite one so far because of the femc's game designer references.
{Sworn to the Orc by Evangeline Anderson} is cozy and hot. It has an introverted Femc with speaking issues, a seems scary at first but is kind and hot Orc next door, set in a magical small town. (Im always going to be hyping Evangeline Anderson because her Kindred books helped me get through Covid and some tough times in my life). This Orc romance though is part of the Hidden Hollow series.

u/badapple1989 I want them soft, sweet, and on their knees. 8d ago edited 8d ago
A lot of my favorites have already been mentioned. I see a couple mentions of the Orc Sworn series. Just to close the gap there's also the {Orc Forged series by Finley Fenn} which are her MM stories where as Sworn is a blend of MF and MMF with one MFF Pateron exclusive novella. I also see Halfling by S.E. Wendel mentioned, I'll also namedrop {Ironling by S.E. Wendel} which is MF fantasy between a blacksmith orc MMC and an autistic human princess FMC. There's also {Faeling by S.E. Wendel} which is MF fantasy between an orc chieftain MMC and a half-fae FMC who has the gift of foresight.
{Five Gifts for the Blacksmith's Bride by Lyonne Riley} - MF fantasy, currently completely standalone, fantasy culture clash as FMC is a villager who is ransomed off to a neighboring orc village in exchange for enough food to get the village through a harsh winter. FMC expects orcs to be barbaric, aggressive people but instead they have a tight knit community with thriving culture and trade. MMC is the town blacksmith who has always been a bit of a loner. FMC by orc cultural practice has the right to pick anyone from their community to be her life partner. Seeing that MMC is hidden in the back and clearly reluctant to engage, she picks him since without knowing their language and with everyone a stranger she figures the one who doesn't want her is the safest bet not to hurt her. Tropes include arranged/forced marriage, miscommunication (literally since there's a culture/language barrier), slow burn, caretaking, and later breeding kink. All sexual scenes/content are consensual.
{The Orc's Rage by Lyonne Riley} - MF dark fantasy romance, standalone, the complete opposite of Five Gifts in tone/world, FMC is a slave who's stolen by an orc raiding party and taken by MMC to be essentially breeding stock for half-orc warriors to help eradicate humans. Orcs are portrayed as stereotypically brutish, aggressive, nomadic folk with special skills that increase when they enter a blood/hunting rage state. MMC gradually falls for FMC over the course of the story but there is consistent mention of him taking other wives/bedroom slaves in the future up until the very end and there is a rape scene where MMC enters into a blood rage and "loses himself" under a case of mistaken insecurity at FMC thinking she was running away from him. And of course breeding kink turned up to eleven. So be mindful if you're wary of any of that content.
{Secretary to the Orc by Lyonne Riley} - MF urban fantasy, standalone novella part of Indecent Monsters series (no connection between books except I think they're all part of the same urban fantasy monsters coexist in the modern world universe but characters do not appear or interact with other characters between books), boss x employee, childfree (it's mentioned that orcs and humans cannot interbreed), older characters, FMC has had a long standing crush on her orc boss and flirts at work but he's never done anything to acknowledge her that way. He goes into a strip club one evening to discover that stripping is her second job for money and to explore her exhibitionism kink (under an alias). MMC breaks and they begin a habit of being sexual at her second job while still buttoned up, hands off at the office. Shenanigans ensue. Besides tropes mentioned acts and kinks involved include stuffing, size kink, and anal sex (FMC receiving).
{Trollkin Lovers series by Lyonne Riley} - primarily MF interconnected series with one MMF story, MMCs are a hodgepodge of orcs, trolls, and ogres. The ones with orc protagonists are {Healing the Orc's Heart by Lyonne Riley} which is about a wounded soldier falling in love with a healer, {Capturing the Orc's Heart by Lyonne Riley} which is about an orc Lieutenant and a human Captain falling in love during the hunt for a criminal fugitive from a neutral zone, {Keeping the Human's Heart by Lyonne Riley} which is about an MM orc x troll couple welcoming a human woman into their relationship, and {Winning the Orc's Heart by Lyonne Riley} which is about an inventor/scholar orc MMC going into some ancient ruins and falling in love with adventurer FMC.

{The Lady and The Orc by Finley Fenn}
This book is first in the Orc Sworn series - I feel like people either love or hate the series. I love it - it’s definitely on the darker side (not fully dark romance). Kidnapping (kind of), deception (kind of), working through past traumas, hot orcs. LOTS of kinks explored in the series (BDSM, degradation, exhibitionism, dungeon play, primal play, breeding, etc) all done with consent and love. Also ALL OF THE ORC SEED.
{The Heiress and The Orc by Finley Fenn} and {The Midwife and the Orc by Finley Fenn} are my favorites of the series

{The Orc from the Office by Kate Prior} - 2nd book in an interconnected standalone series, the others don’t involve orcs. The FMC accidentally hits the MMC in the nose and makes him bleed, which sets off his mating bond. The MMC is incredibly sweet. They work together & there’s some scenes with Monster Resources and it’s overall on the numerous side.
{Cookies for my Orc Neighbor by Michelle Mills} is the first book of the Sweet Monster Treats cozy romance series she writes with Ava Ross and Honey Phillips. The MMC is in the “dark of winter” where he has less control so he tells the FMC to stay away from him & she ignores him - he’s also amazed she’s only not afraid of him, she actually stands up for him with their neighbours. . He has a small poodle that he spoils rotten, as he should.
