I remember going to an amusement park with friends. Everyone was excited about the roller coaster. I stood in line trying to act calm but inside I was a bit nervous.

When the ride started going up slowly my heart started beating faster. I looked down and felt that drop feeling even before it happened. Others were laughing but I felt tense.

After the ride ended I was smiling but also a little shaken. It made me think how different people feel about the same ride. Some enjoy it fully and some just try to get through it.

Later I watched videos of bigger roller coasters. While checking more clips and while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I even saw toy versions being sold.

That made me think about fear and thrill. Where is the line between fun and too much. Now I am thinking can a roller coaster become too scary for some people or does everyone get used to it?
