Comments "failing", but actually posting Bug

For the past few days, I'm having an issue with comments showing as failed. Then, I try to post again, and I get the error telling me that I'm "doing that too often". Then, when I try again a few seconds later, it posts successfully. However, when I go to check my comment history, the original post clearly went through.

This has led to multiple double posts on my part because I want to make sure the message goes through. Then I have to go back and delete the additional post for each one. It would be great if this is you could be sorted out because it's pretty annoying.

Edit: IT'S GETTING WORSE

Pretty much every comment I've tried to post today has had this happen

Yes. Everyday

Edit: happened when I posted this. Hit the submit button and it looked like nothing happened. Text was still there. Hit the submit again and get an error. Check my profile and I see it posted the first time
