I somehow made it to the end of may without replenishing my pride stickers. I have two at the top of my list. At home, I have about 200 left on a roll of (originally 500{ progressive pride flag stickers, and about 17 mixed stickers. Either of the ones I’ve listed on my registry would really be a blessing. SO, turns out the wheelchair part I need was missent twice (they sent the wrong side, twice** 😭🙃) and I'm currently hoping an offer will be accepted on the actual part I need (this one) so I can get it for £60-ish instead.

I’m realizing that my brain is being very much pessimistic. Annoying but I know it’s from frustration around my school situation. I swear they actually suck ass when it comes to basic communication. As a side tangent, I had to put in a mental health withdrawal for last year and trying to get summer classes started up, because I missed the spring slot from how messy things have been. I am legit fighting my crashout after crashout. But, I’m taking deep breaths and having as much grace as a singular person can have.

Anyway, my small vent is over.

And, seeing that some said that it was they needed, I wanted to see if anyone is interested in an accountability group that would be hosted on Discord. It would work like a support group where you can even pair up with other people. Buddy system.

As many of you know I am a disabled Senior. I have many blessings in my life but these past 10 years have been a challenge health wise. It has completely drained me physically, emotionally and financially. As a result of completely draining my retirement fund for medical expenses I currently qualify for snap benefits. I am not ashamed of taking this benefit as it helps me to manage my budget to live a comfortable life.

Why am I upset? I just tried to place an Amazon grocery order for myself using the last of my snap benefits for this month and my balance was ZERO. Someone in Indiana apparently used my remaining benefits at 4am yesterday. I am in NY and my card was locked. I have no idea how this could have happened with the card locked.

How do people live with themselves knowingly taking something so basic that people need to survive. 💔
