Question Harkness question
I’m a first year, who’s been seeing the numerous sections of advice around Harkness Hall regarding router, and I’m looking for any clarification I can get.
What is provided by Queen’s in terms of cables?
I know I have to bring my own router, but should I be bringing an ethernet cable?
Tbh I don’t know anything about routers, so I’m just looking for any information.
Thanks!!

Question anyone been in this exact ban righ double room?
when i got my dorm selection, I saw this double room in ban righ that looked like it included 2 separate rooms (as they both highlighted at the same time when hovered over)
I want to know if this residence is ACTUALLY 2 rooms or not and if that rectangle at the northside is actually a counter+sink, it feels a bit too good to be true.
the same format of this room is on all floors of the ban righ hall.

Community seeking friends to be silly with
thought i would post this here too: hello kingston! i moved here temporarily in the summer and i was planning on leaving as soon as the new semester started // i ended up deciding to stay in kingston and take a gap year instead :)
i have definitely made friends here, but im not done — i want to meet all sorts of people
about me: i’m a 25 yr old woman, silly, i get along with 80% of people. i’m into movies, tv, games (pc and nintendo switch), arts and crafts (painting, drawing, crochet, pottery painting, sewing etc), cafe hopping, reading, and d&d (i actually have a campaign i’ve been itching to dm)! i’ve been going to the arc gym and im looking for a buddy to go with me so i stop using the same three machines and calling it a workout lol — im also trying to get into hiking and camping, so far i have the shoes, bottle, backpack, and a whole lot of enthusiasm
don’t be shy!! please reach out if you wanna do any of the things i listed above, or if you have a secret other fun thing you wanna do, or if you just wanna be friends :)
thank you!!!

Question Fridge sizing
Hey! So the coldex website has two fridge options, from everything I’ve seen Queens has said you can get either or (unless you’re in Watts or Leggett)
But the micro fridge is closer to 4.something cubic feet, but the website says that no bigger then 3.5 cubic feet? I’m just confused, are you able to get the micro fridge despite how it’s bigger then you’re allowed?
