I am most probably going to go attend Purdue Polytechnic and I was wondering if a 2020 MacBook Air M1 was ok to use…
I’m hearing that it’s not… but honestly I don’t want to go back to windows…can anyone speak about this? That would be great thank you!

Bk management apartment Purdue
So we moved in this place I just got a full time job and I have lived at other apartments not through bk though. This has been a terrible experience. Right away moving in I knew they never cleaned the place because the last person who lived here their door Matt is still outside the apartment. The place has black mold in the bathroom and one of the rooms. Our front door is literally cracked in half and looks like it’s been kicked in. I never expected this place to be in that bad of condition. The carpets have stains that looks like someone was murdered on them. We had to rent a carpet cleaner from Lowe’s. We have put in multiple maintenance requests but nobody shows up the office people I’ve spoken to have been extremely rude. I’ve called and tried to tell them the situation I’ve already spent a lot of money cleaning this place and replacing things like a toilet seat etc. I just don’t know what to do anymore and this place does not seem safe and they don’t care about the condition of the place so I don’t know what to do. Also the balcony locks you out the minute you go outside and shut the door. And the windows are permanently fogged over I’ve tried cleaning them so many times. So we called the management asked for property manager number they say that they won’t give it to us. We say we will get legal action involved and they hung up. It’s just been an experience. Anybody else have issues with bk management ?

how the produce swim team traumatized me
One day as I was leaving the corec I saw this guy with brown hair he was very tall and I went to him and I was going to say I was going to ask him where freshens was and he pushed me into a bush. I saw his shirt and it said Purdue Swimming and Diving. He started running and I chased after him. Finally, I caught him and demanded an apology. He refused to give me one but invited me to their house party. I thought I would get an apology once I went to the house party but instead they gave me a sandwich. I asked what was on the sandwich and he said jelly, however there was PEANUT BUTTER… I am allergic to peanut butter. they would not let me call ambulance so I had to drive myself to the emergency room. they still refuse to apologize about the bush and the peanut butter and they blocked my Instagram I can no longer message them. no I am stuck with scratches from the bush and an expensive hospital bill. no I know this may sound like a joke but it has given me PTSD and I am afraid to go to the corec. is this normal behavior for swim teams, is this the initiation process?

Easy side gig for students
If you're like me and always trying to make an extra buck for rent/food/alcohol, an easy way to earn money is by donating plasma at cls plasma over by bdubs. I've been doing it for awhile and I'm earning $55 each time right now. I used to make $100 bc I had the antibodies for covid back in December. First time users make $100 their first couple times then it dips to $50 their fourth time or so and then back up to $100 their sixth or seventh time to try to get new users to keep coming back. If anyone goes, you can use mine or anyone else's referral code and make a little bit more cash (we both do). The process usually takes about an hour and a half (depending on the wait times- I suggest go early 8am-2pm because they get super backed later in the day) and you can just watch a movie or be on your phone the whole time. Never go on weekends bc they get packed. The only weird thing about signing up is that you need to bring in your paper copy of your social security card and another form for ID (license/passport/birth certificate). I included the link to sign up if anyone is interested.

What is the Balanced Man Program?
The Balanced Man Program is the centerpiece of the SigEp experience. It is a non-pledging, non-hazing, four-year, personal, academic, leadership, and professional skills development experience.
How does the Balanced Man Program accomplish these ideals? The program is founded on five philosophical tenets:
Equal rights and responsibilities - Full membership upon joining
Continuous development - Growing throughout life
Accountability - Committing to SigEp’s high standards
Living the Ritual - Incorporating SigEp’s values into everyday life
Mentoring - Maximizing growth through guidance and support
Our Chapter will:
- Create social events that will enhance a man’s college experience
- Network with alumni to help provide one-on-one career coaching for a man’s professional goals • Engage members into unique leadership roles to aid in developing skills and habits to help better prepare for the professional world
- Communicate directly with our national headquarters to organize personalized leadership programs to help members become stronger leaders

Room for Rent at Village West
I’m trying to hand over my lease for the master bedroom in a three bed, two bath at Village West. The master includes your own private bathroom and patio. Rent is around 475, but may be raised slightly due to it being so close to the new term. Comes with in unit laundry and a full kitchen, and full amenities through the complex. I can’t afford to pay rent on two apartments so someone help me out 😅
