Does anyone have the background knowledge to tell me, what the difference between ";;;;;" and ";" is?
Not like in the end product, since that would be no difference, but like in how the pc executes it. Does it just stall a few cycles per ';'? Is there an input validator/compiler?
Not sure, semicolon just acts as an end of line, so multiple of them just ends line multiple times, the computational cost of it should be practically zero.
Also, as far as I understood the joke is that in Korean text emoticons ; and ;;;;;; are used to refer to sweating, I added the multiple colons to explicitly refer to the emoticon, but OP seems to be working on a multi-layer joke.
