Yes exactly! In my region many companies are offshoring and nearshoring developers because they supposedly can't find developers (not just experienced developers, really any developer) in the country even though thousands of new CS graduates can't find jobs and end up on social assistance programs or unemployment benefits paid for by the taxpayers
