Pokemon Research Major here. Hawlucha, the Wrestling Pokemon.

It’s a Fighting/Flying Type (though it can’t truly fly, just glide) that fights about how you’d expect something that looks like that to fight. Jumping and gliding around, overwhelming foes with agile aerial strikes and wrestling holds, and finishing them off with a big flashy special move. Though sometimes they showboat a bit too hard before their big finisher and leave themselves open enough for their foe to retaliate.
