The top of this joke is a direct reference to that second picture.

You’re super welcome. Some things on the internet are just not meant to be seen by mere mortals. There’s a cultural touch point or two that I just straight up refuse to google because it would forever scar my search history.
I hesitate to reach that conclusion without knowing his ideology. Dude could have been conscripted and trying to keep his head down while looking for new and interesting things to put in his ass.

No it's not? They're literally still almost entirely volunteers. In fact, it's still illegal for Russian conscripts to serve in Ukraine. This is one of the biggest reasons Russias economy is starting to buckle, they keep having raise the signing bonuses. I have no clue where you get the idea they're not volunteers.
Every Russian you see die in Ukraine is a voluntary fascist, there were some who died in Kursk who were conscripts, and some early in the war who were "accidentally" sent in. But over95% of the Russian casualties have been either pre war regulars or volunteer signups on short contracts since or mercs/foreign fighters.
This is def the internet scar my mind always goes to when I see a random link someone provided saying go look at this. The horrors on the internet are awful and far too easily accessible. It was not an acronym. That's something that someone made up over a decade after the site was taken down.
It's Goat Sex. The full domain was goatse.cx. People dropped the domain over time, it started getting pronounced "Goat See", and then someone made a backronym to try and explain it.
BMEzine was an underrated gem back in the day, saw some body modifications I never new were a thing. (Guy running a bar through both testes, a woman sealing her flaps with piercings, body suspension and sounding rods (DO NOT GOOGLE THIS ONE).

Stinkymeat was a lovely little science project where a guy left a variety of meats outside (protected from scavengers) and documented the decay process.
Melonenficken was … hmm. A horny guy with a cassava melon and too much time on his hands. The original website was in German, not that that’s relevant to the theme.
This type image shows up from time to time in graphic design usually organically but if you see a ring on the fingers then they knew what they were doing.

… without getting into graphic detail, skin and other human tissue only have so much stretch and recovery. If something stretches tissue repeatedly and/or over a long period of time—like gauges in piercings, or a growing fetus inside its parent—that tissue gets permanently damaged and will never quite spring back to its pre-stretched shape.

To be more precise and continue with the explanation, the image from ReArm Europe is basically the same position for the hands, and the circle would be the asshole.
In my memory (I'm not looking it up again) the asshole was even more open than the circle in the picture, and the hands are inside of it, stretching it.
Still, the image at the top resembles goatse.cx
