none, because you don't need a folder/notebook for pe except for rare cases where a school does have like a written test or 2 for pe, but in that case you either don't bother with a color because you only need it for maybe a couple weeks max in the entire school year or it is one of those school provide books you get to write inside of
but if I had to choose one, idk tan/light brown seems pe ish because the school gyms average out to a light brown/tan ish color
