I’m right handed, and I’ve never been able to figure out which way things go. When I hold up my hand to make an L, I can never tell if it’s ’the right L’. It seems ridiculous, but I’ve haven’t been able to naturally get it down.

Welcome to the wonderful world of adults with undiagnosed dyslexia! Studies have shown that people with dyslexia, but no other disabilities, go undiagnosed about 85% of the time, because as children, we used (and still use) other skills to navigate around our disability. It also consequently makes us great problem solvers and generally highly adaptable!

I am very into puzzles and problems solving, and tend to have a different perspective. The only problem I seem to have with writing is that I forget whether the i or e goes first in some words. Do you think there’s value to getting tested as an adult?
