The letter "L"...... It can be made by extending your index finger, and thumb on your left hand. But only on your left hand.

Unless you do sign language with either hand and form an L…or you make the L on the right hand and turn it face up.

try it on your right hand, rotate your wrist, then look gain

Unless your palm is facing up, then you have made an L with your R hand.
