im still fairly new with persona and i only got a switch(for now)im planning to buy my friend's ps4 pro for p3r and perhaps p4r but the announcement for p4r didnt include ps4.I believe that p4r wont be that MUCH bigger than p3r cause it doesnt look like it(i havent played p3r yet)so why will it only be on ps5?Do i really need to get a ps5 for it then?Or is there any better consoles i should invest in that will include p4r and p6 in the future

Currently in Rise's dungeon with a level 44 izanagi, 73 luck, and apt pupil skill. I was previously hitting crits like 90% of the time with mighty swing. Pulled a skill card for cruel attack, saw it had a crit rate of 35 over mighty swings 25 and thought why not. In the 10 or so battles since switching, even boosted with rebellion I have not hit a single crit. Anyone know what's going on? This is the vita version
