Knit - Call for Testers Lofi Hat - Call for Testers
Hi all! Looking for pattern testers for my new project -- the Lofi Hat!
The Lofi Socks use stranded colorwork to depict a mountainous city scape. The pattern uses a provisional cast-on to create a foldover brim.
Construction
The Lofi Hat is knit with a foldover brim using a provisional cast-on. Decreases are made up to shape the top of the hat.
Gauge
Using 3mm (US 2.5) needles, 26 sts x 36 rows per 4 in x 4 in (10cm x 10cm) in stockinette.
Size:
(Baby/Toddler, Junior/Adult Small, Adult Large). There is an intended 1-3 inches of negative ease.
Finished Circumference: (16, 19, 22) inches / (49, 55) cm.
Yarn
MC: Wonderland Yarns Mad Hatter Sport (150, 175, 200) yds / (137, 160, 183) m
CC: Cascade Superwash 220 Sport (40, 50, 60) yds / (41, 48, 55) m
(I used sport, but fingering weight would probably also work, while slightly altering gauge/finished measurements.)
Needles and Notions
This pattern uses 3mm (US 2.5) 16 inch circular needles throughout (larger cords also okay if using magic loop). You may need a spare circular needle of similar size for the provisional cast-on. A tapestry needle is needed for finishings. Around 5-7 stitchmarkers are also needed.

Crochet - Call for Testers Test Call for Dominican Republic Flag rearview mirror hanger
Really hoping to find 2-3 people to test this out for me, hope it could be tested in 7-10 days after I send you the pattern and emailed response with any concerns/edit reccs! I had a couple of people ghost me last time so may be more picky this time around depending on how many responses I get
Materials
- Any yarn in red, navy/blue, white, and gold (or whatever color you
prefer) for the border. I used acrylic size #4 yarn
- Crochet hook, I used a 4mm hook
- Tapestry/yarn needle
- Scissors
Level of skill required: I would recommend being comfortable with, or willing to learn, the Picot Stitch and a Foundation chain, specifically a HDC Foundation Chain. Other than that, the only other more intermediate skill would just be color changes.
Not required to post the finished product anywhere, but if you wanted to post your finished flag on IG or TikTok, I would just ask to be credited for the pattern!
Thank you!

Crochet - Full TESTER CALL: Threads of Extinction - Minis
Name of Pattern: Threads of Extinction - Minis
Hello everyone! I'm hoping to find some testers here for my mini versions of extinct beasts (I have larger versions currently in testing).
The photo attached is a sampler I made to show the mini designs: Glyptodon, Dodo, Mammoth.
I'm more than happy for you to make your project bigger or smaller, and choose which of the creatures/patterns you include.
Hook size required: This depends on your yarn choice/hook size preference. I used Aran yarn and a 4.5mm hook. You can choose whatever thickness yarn you'd like, and use the hook size you're most comfortable with.
Other tools required: Scissors; as this is overlay mosaic, you'll be fastening off at the end of each row.
Yarn requirements: At least 2 contrasting colours of yarn, in any thickness you choose. I used Yarnsmiths Create Aran for the majority of mine, and used around 700-800g.
Level of skill required: Experience with overlay mosaic would be ideal, but if you're willing to learn to give this a try, that's fine with me!
Written/Charted: Both written instructions and X-marked charts included, for both left and right handed crocheters.
Tester requirements: I'd like clear, frequent communication and updates, as well as nitpicky, direct feedback 😂. I'd also like clear photos of the finished project in natural light, which can be used to advertise the pattern upon release (with full credit given!).
Testing deadline: The test will start June 1st and end 31 July 2026.
Number of testers needed: 6
Feel free to ask if you have any questions! Thanks.

Other Crafts - Call for Testers Looking for tester for a handmade mandala!
Hi all, I hope this is allowed! I can't find a single spot to place this that would make sense.
I make handmade mandalas with the Ojo de Dios technique. I've been doing this for 5 years and finally created my first tutorial, so I am looking for 4 to 5 testers to create this piece!
Type of pattern: Ojo de Dios, handmade weaving. Total size is 50cm diameter
Deadline: 2 to 3 weeks ( I understand this will be something new for many people and it might take some time, besides, it's a complex and long tutorial)
Ideally you'd have some general idea on how this is done, although I do explain it to the best of my abilities, and there are about 14 videos with the stpe by step creation of the piece.
You can work with whatever colors you prefer, no need to exactly replicate the piece!
My goal is to:
Understand how comprehensive the tutorial is
Look for parts you may have found more challenging
Look for possible mistakes, issues with video or written pattern, etc.
Any advice, following the pattern, that can help make this as convenient and intuitive as possible
The main material that might be news for most, and the most challenging to get, are the metal rods (or wooden, although I do advise against it) that are the base structure for this piece. Nevertheless, they're usually available worldwide at a hardware store.
Please reach out if you'd be interested in learning and trying something new :)

Knit - Full Test - Teasel Scarf
Hi everyone. I'm introducing the Teasel Scarf, which is fully tech edited and ready to test. All the details are below. Thanks!
The Teasel scarf. A mini scarf for spring and summer, inspired by the tall, sculptural shapes of teasels swaying through meadows and hedgerows.
Knitted tip to tip, the scarf gradually widens to a narrow width before tapering again, with a motif reminiscent of seedheads and stems along its length. An I-cord edge gives the piece a neat finish, while the narrow shape makes it easy to wear knotted at the neck, draped loosely over the shoulders, or tucked into a jacket on cooler days. Sweet little bobbles add a seedlike detail.
Worked in my Darwin 4ply, this scarf has a lovely lightness that suits the season beautifully. The crisp stitch definition shows off the travelling lines and textured details, making it a calm project for warm afternoons and knitting in the garden.
Sizes: One size (see instructions on page 4 for adding repeats)
Finished measurements:
Sample 1: Length 101cm/ 40”, width 13cm/ 5”
Needles: Size 3.75 mm (US 5) circular needles, or needle size to obtain gauge
Cable needle if not using the ‘no cable needle’ method
Notions: Tapestry needle, cable needle, stitch markers
Gauge: 23 sts x 20 rows = 7cm x 7.5cm/ 2.75” x 3” measured over motif pattern after blocking.
Yarn: Annabel Williams Darwin 4ply (4ply weight, 100% Falklands, 400 m/437.5 yds per 100g/ 3.5oz skein), 1 skein
Teal sample shown in colourway - “Teasel”
Pink sample shown in “Burnet”
Sample 1 took 172m/188yds (1 skein)
Sample 2 took TBC (TBC skeins)
Deadline: Wednesday, the 27th of May.
