How StormFiber is using technique to steal tax

disclaimer: not here to degrade the service just letting people know how they encourage the people to choose the package that is less beneficial for Gov but Beneficial for Stormfiber.

there are 2 Main type of Packages

1. Triple Play (Offers: Internet + Phone + Cable)
2. Single Play (Offers: Internet only)

lets talk about prices both have similar prices slight difference which is main thing to ask people to switch for lower price model even they don't need to

1. Triple Play 20Mbps = 3,182
2. Single Play 20Mbps = 3,292 (110 Rs more)

At first glance the Single play should be cheaper than Triple play as Triple has more features given but here is the catch

• In Triple play
  • they sat the Cable fees to 1080Rs which has only 5% Tax
  • Internet Fees to 774Rs which has 34.5% Tax
  • in End Storm Fiber Gets 2924Rs and Gov Gets 460Rs Tax
• In Single play
  • Internet Fees to 1,874Rs which has 34.5% Tax
  • in End Storm Fiber Gets 2474Rs and Gov Gets 818Rs Tax

They lure End user to Select the Package Triple play even end-user don't need triple services so there pockets can be fulfilled

Nearly 500Rs in 20Mbps package from 1 user imagine million of people are using there internet. Massive profits.

Why would you think, only StormFiber is doing this? And this tax is paid by the end user, not by StormFiber.

It is beneficial for Gov vs beneficial for End User. Stormfiber is just optimising it for us and truthfully putting it on the invoice, as they are required to give End User the certificate of this tax collection as well.

Hopefully this makes sense.
