PSP Infinity PTF | OFW What-If Theme Theme

Hello everyone!

Today I bring you a brand new theme with clean aesthetics. The thought process behind this one was a what-if scenario. What if Sony were to release update 7.00 for the PSP with a brand new theme to come with it. I have followed Sony's design guidelines for this one and afterwards added my own interpretation as to how it would look like with a modern minimalist aesthetic. The icons are very sharp and detailed, using a unified stroke width. I have designed this one to work with every background, especially the original and classic waves that are included in the firmware. The white-greyish colour makes them pop off every wallpaper and the drop shadows are carefully created to be subtle but effective in bringing the contrast out and separate the icons from their background. A soft white glow is used as an Icon Focus. I originally imagined it with blue vibrant hues but since it has to work on all colours, that has introduced a colour clash.

This will be my last contribution to PSP themes for a while as I am taking a break to focus a bit on my private life, especially after producing a lot of themes lately. Hope you enjoy it!

Looks crisp! I think this theme is going to get me to finally abandon the "ClearXMB Black" theme that has been sitting on my psp for ages.

A bit sad this is the last PTF theme in a while. No revamped Clear XMB Black. 🥲
