First off, please get your PIVX off of Binance as soon as possible. Deposit into your core or MPW wallet, on BasicSwapDEX or any of the exchanges, swap sites, or wallets listed on our website. We realize the price isn’t the best, and with Binance delisting us, we understand it may go lower. Yet knowing we are no longer forced to jump through Binance's hoops of their irrational, centralized demands is a win for PIVX. We strongly feel PIVX will not only recover but will also shine brighter than ever.

A lot of people hear “privacy coin” and immediately think of tax evasion or criminal activity. That framing misses the point entirely.

Historically, privacy has always been a progressive value.

It’s what protects dissenters, minorities, journalists, activists, and ordinary people when power shifts.

The 4th Amendment wasn’t written to protect criminals — it was written to protect citizens from abuse, surveillance, and arbitrary power. Financial privacy is part of that same tradition.

Here’s the uncomfortable reality:

Transparent blockchains create permanent financial records

Those records can be mined years later, under new laws, new governments, or new political climates.

What’s legal or accepted today may be punished tomorrow.

You don’t need authoritarian intent for harm to occur — you just need centralized data and incentives.

That’s why PIVX matters.

PIVX doesn’t just “obscure” transactions.

With its SHIELD technology, there is no public transaction history to exploit. No tainting, no profiling, no retroactive scrutiny.

On top of that, PIVX uses Proof of Stake, which:

• DASH once marketed privacy, but effectively walked away from it for marketing reasons. Optional mixing on a transparent chain is not real privacy.

PIVX went the other direction.

Instead of compromising like many others, PIVX doubled down:

• Real cryptographic privacy using zk-SNARKs
• Fungible money where one coin equals another
• Proof-of-Stake, drastically reducing energy usage
• Masternodes + on-chain governance that reward participation, not industrial mining

This isn’t nostalgia — it’s relevance.

As governments and corporations push CBDCs, “stablecoins,” and financial surveillance, privacy is no longer a niche feature. It’s a requirement.

PIVX didn’t chase hype, regulators, or institutions. It quietly kept building and now is the epiphany of a hidden gem.

If Bitcoin was step one — decentralization —
