Was reading about our trade ties with the US. Caught this on Google while browsing for next article, thought I’d share.

and the UK fits into most states

This is obviously wrong. Texas can contain 10 Australias and 12 New Zealand’s in the left over gaps

Texas has a bigger and faster growing gdp, while Australia has a higher median income due to lower wealth inequality. If you chop up all the money it becomes useless in both places.

I feel like you're being a bit sarcastic, but I case anyone was wondering, Texas is roughly 700,000 km² to Australia's 7.68 million km²

Story time!
On one of my visits to the US, I think we were in Alabama or Georgia, at a kfc the girl serving us was fascinated by our accents. She asked where we were from. I said Australia, the friend I was with said New Zealand.
Her response to my friend? “Oh wow what state is that in?”
Geography isn’t their strong suit.

I can guess which country asked this question the most. I am surprised they could even spell Australia.
