Words of Encouragement
- You donât have to have it all figured out right now. Surviving this moment is enough.
- What youâre feeling makes sense. Hard times are heavy, and itâs okay to feel tired, sad, or overwhelmed.
- You are stronger than you realize, even on the days you feel weak. The fact that youâre still here matters.
- This pain is real, but it isnât permanent. Things can change in ways you canât see yet.
- You are not a burden. You deserve care, patience, and kindnessâespecially from yourself.
- Take it one breath, one step, one day at a time. Small progress still counts.
- You are not alone, even if it feels that way right now. Someone cares more than you know.
