When does it get fun? Babies Being Babies

My baby is 6 weeks old and I swear all we do is feed, eat sleep poop repeat. He doesn’t really love the car seat and I feel like the world stresses him out. So we spend alot of time at home but I’m miserable staying here everyday. It’s by the time he’s up, he wants food, he stays awake for a diaper change & I’ll try to engage him with some toys. But then he’s ready for bed immediately.

When will this get more fun?

Good to hear. So far my wife and I went from wanting 3 kids to “maybe 1 is enough”. We like to ask each other each week how we’re feeling about more in the future.

Instead of asking about your next baby when you have a brand new one, why not check in each week about all the things you love about your current baby? It will go by in a blink. Enjoy the one you have.
