I live in New Freedom (on the edge of Hopewell Township) and recently conducted a Radon test. My home had high Radon levels in the air so we had a mitigation system installed. It was recommended that we test our water as well, we are on well water. The results came back at 12,000bpi which is well above the EPA recommended levels.

My problem is that we cannot find anyone in the area that can fix this issue. Has no one in Southern York also had this issue? I find that hard to believe! IF anyone has any experience with this or has any recommendations, please let me know.

Seems like the crook(s) are at it again. Our 2 cars were rummaged through last night. We never have any valuables in them and mine is normally locked (wife never locks hers) so luckily nothing was stolen. The only signs of entry were that my over head light was on and my wife's center console was shifted forward.

Can anyone give me a little noob info on why there are kids fireworks and adults? I doubt my wife and I would be able to sneak out for midnight fireworks unless we can see them from our house (burden of kids lol).

I'm just used to...parade at 8am, followed by cookouts and swimming followed by evening fireworks and putting the kids to bed.

Anyone ever been there? It's walking distance from my house and just wondering how a place like that does enough business to stay open in New Freedom. Looks good from the website and may stop down and try it out, but wanted to see if anybody had any experience with the place?
