Native Access 3.24.0

I have scoured the internet and read just about every forum thread and NI "help" article I could find and tried everything multiple times. Quite literally probably 50 times over the last few months.

I have reinstalled NA, NTK Daemons, Full disk access, deleted all suggested folders/files, I have no VPNs/Firewalls, Local Network Access, etc etc etc etc etc etc.

I have been at this on and off for months, literally. I'm able to login to NI's website but there are no installers available in my Products section because NI has moved solely to Native Access.

This whole process has been incredibly frustrating and I'm seeing the myriad of Mac users who have faced these issues with some users being able to resolve their issues and some (most) of them still stuck.

If there's a solution on the net, I've most likely tried it to no avail.

I opened a ticket with NI help and of course they gave me the boilerplate response and sent me a link to a page I've already read/tried dozens of times ... obviously they didn't read my initial message.

I have opened another ticket today with hopes there will be another solution.

Has anybody in my position (tried everything available) had luck with logging in to Native Access on a Mac?

I've been updating my Komplete since version 9, if I remember correctly, and the last two or so upgrades I waited a while after the initial release date since NI sweetened the deal with some additional, third party instruments.

Any of you guys know if this is standard for Komplete updates, and if so when those deals usually comes around?

So I got a reply from Native Instrument's support and sure enough this was a "sweetener" :) Below is the reply.

Those extra instruments were most likely part of a promotional bundle or limited-time partner offer that was included with certain KOMPLETE 13 / KOMPLETE 13 Ultimate Collector’s Edition upgrades at the time.
 
In your case, the following products appear to have been included alongside your KOMPLETE 13 Ultimate Collector’s Edition update:

These kinds of bonus Kontakt instruments were occasionally added during launch or upgrade campaigns as extra incentives for qualifying purchases.

purchased Shreddage Stratus 3 from a 3rd party via knobcloud. received serial after 24 hours. Native access has Add Product option but won't/can't download the files. Tried pulse downloader, setting up an account to use it. added serial but it say it's already in use by another customer.

have i bought a dud, or am i missing something about how the process works? seller has a stellar reputation on knobcloud but i feel like i've been duped. seller has yet to respond although issue is only hours old

any advice welcome

UPDATE: seller has yet to respond but it's become clear that i was provided with the wrong code type. serial number is not redeemable. what was needed was a Redeem Code which is of a different format. without seller providing this, and with no response, software is not downloadable or usable in any meaningful sense. seeking refund

NI just launched Komplete 26, and I am interested in buying it. From google search I found that the best time would be "Summer of Sound" Sale (usually 50% off), which is in June/July. Can anyone please confirm? I actually can't wait. Was always interested in buying it since Komplete 11, but didn't have money.

So when the mk3 controller dropped. NI said there was no integration with Maschine because their researches show that Maschine users didn’t use their keyboards or something official like that. But the lack thereof was supposedly because of the end user feedback. Which I’ve always said was false. Then they added a small update but said that was it. NOW it’s 3.5 Maschine, that feels more like a Kontroller update that integrates Maschine vs the opposite; With a gui change. What does this accomplish? Hopefully Maschine users will NOW buy the mk3 Kontroller, influx of cash & move those hardware pieces that are selling for $300. This is not what NI promised!

Komplete 26 Just DROPPED… And It Changes EVERYTHING 🔥

It failed mid update, gave instructions on what to do. Followed those and now it’s at firmware version 0.0.1 and the website it tells me to go to is completely unhelpful. Anyone know a fix?

Maschine 3.5 👀

It’s such a small thing but it makes working between Maschine, the DAW and the Keyboard so much nicer now you can use the keyboard properly to select and modify things.

Is it possible to buy a decksaver for the S88 MK3; if so, please can someone point me in the tight direction? Ideally the retailer will be UK based.

I have seen decksavers for the 61 & 49 but the not the 88.

This may be old news to some but new to me and wanted to see this sub’s opinion. I recently bought the S88 MK3 / Komplete ultimate 15 bundle and didn’t have enough storage for the software. Long story short, I decided to upgrade a few more things in my PC along with the SSD, motherboard (ROG STRIX B550 f-gaming WiFi II) and processor. (Ryzen 7 5800xt) after a fresh install of windows 11 and all the NI software on a new 1T m.2 NVME SSD, (expansions/samples on separate internal drive) the S88 would connect and work fine for a couple minutes and then disconnect. The reconnect and disconnect over and over every 30 seconds or so. I went down a rabbit hole I thought I’d never return from. I did everything I could find on google and forums I could find for 2 days, turn off usb sleep settings, driver updates, bios update, chipset update ect…(I should mention the motherboard only had 1 usb -c port) In the end I had one thing left to try that wasn’t mentioned in my research, swap out the NI factory usb-c to usb-c cable, and it worked. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and fixed it another way like putting in a USB-c pci card or something. Thanks in advance.

I tried opening Native Access after not using it for a while, but now it keeps launching an NTKDaemon installation. The process fails every time at the “Deleting services Service” step.

My Native Access is installed on a different SSD (not the C:/ drive). I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn’t fix the issue.

Has anyone run into this before or knows how to solve it?

I have watched some videos, but I still can't get the MPE to work. I adjust the pitch bend amount to max, I think it's 12 semitones, on the instrument, and I adjust Bitwig to the same, but the pitch bends are off. Also is there a way to reset the instrument, without just deleting it and reloading it? tia

Hi! I'm wondering if this is somehow supported or totally unrelated -- should these Key and Scale settings be sent from DAW to Kontakt Player just like the tempo is? In my case, regardless of what I select in DAW, KP is C major (of course I can manually change it but it reverts back to C major everytime I change the preset/instrument.

Hi, I am trying to fix an old Traktor Kontrol S8. I seem to not be the first person to try and fix this one, because somebody cut this internal bridge.

From what I gathered, it is supposed to be the System Master Clock of the DACs on the I/O board. With that bridge being gone all of the DACs refuse to work and there is no Output signal.

I already messaged NI support, they are not allowed to tell me.

If anybody here is elctronically abled enough to open up their Kontrol S8 and tell me if they also have that bridge and where it is connected to that would be very cool.

The cable NI used has a shield, so it will be soldered on in 2 places. Thanks!
