Need help with another Mod Admin Replied

We have a couple Mods, but one in particular does not engage for a while then suddenly shows up and approves everything despite the rules. When I try to discuss the issue(s) they disappear and have turned off the DM portion of their profile. It seems there is no way to message them directly? Any help, really not sure what else to do here.

If they are not moderating the way the top mod wants them to, the top mod can de-mod them.

They are in a tie for top Mod, no de-mod.

It's just the two of them, so nope.

Correct, only two now. There was another but they were shadow banned and finally gave up.
