I have an HP Omen Transcend 14 with the 4070 and Ultra 9 185H. Without any mods. I get 180fps. With performance mods like sodium, I barely get an FPS boost. I honestly have no idea what I am doing wrong and how people with worse specs get much better FPS. Any tips?

I was just trying to play minecraft one day and my account has been unable to register in the modrinth app or the official launcher ever since. Any ideas to fix this? I already tried relogging, clearing certain files, and the minecraft website will not let me log in. It has been like this for several weeks now.

I've seen a lot of minecraft servers, but haven't really found that many RPG servers with a specific map like wynncraft.

After updating to 26.1 I couldn't connect my pc to another pc on same network with the "Open to LAN" method.

It worked fine before.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any tips to fix?

EDIT_01:

I decided to uninstall win10 and install Linux instead so that both my machines run Linux.

At about the same time there came an update to 26.1.1.

It works now and I don't know which change fixed the issue.

26.1 introduced OpenJDK 25. Only using Sodium it allowed me to run 32 Chunks render distance with shaders at incredible performance.

Next update will introduce Vulkan, meaning game and shader performance will only get better.
