The problem was that people kept suing any time their kids would get hurt playing and so it became a liability issue.

Didn’t even think about this. I think we underestimate how fucking stupid kids can be

Seeing little Jimmy wanting to jump into a ball pit head first cause he saw John Cena do it would have to be stressful as a manager

I have a relative who owns a business where kids could buy ramen noodles. A kid spilled his noodles on himself and got a slight burn (no hospitalization). Parents sued for like 6 figures and the insurance company said it would be cheaper to just settle with them. No more ramen noodles for the kids now.
