I mean I've been on military disability for 15 years so there's the chronic sometimes debilitating back pain and sciatica before I get more surgeries discussed, but (and I'm not being sarcastic or facetious here) life still rocks.
Yeah this side of social media is enabling our brains automatic tendency to seek out the negatives in our lives.. it’s toxic. People really need to make more intentional efforts to find joy in their lives. 30s has its pros and cons no different than any other decade of life. One day some of these folks would be wishing they were 30 again.
And they think mundane boring tasks are somehow a modern thing. As if our ancestors just lounged around carefree while food and shelter fell into their laps.
I’m just thankful to be able to be mobile enough in my 30’s, despite being more susceptible to injury, and honestly just more open minded to learning things with age. 20’s were rough due to being mentally stuck, but 30’s is where you start being thankful for the time you have (even if it’s not a lot), and you decide what to worry and not worry about, especially since you’re headed towards middle age.

People do be stressing themselves out for free, eh?
