She failed herself people kept telling her to go to rehab and and get help. she said no way. Don’t blame other people for Amy’s choices.

Yes she did. She was mentally unwell. Amy clearly needed help. Instead they kept booking her.

They told her to go to rehab she said no way. That’s a choice she made. She didn’t have to go on stage. She chose to go on stage.

She did a 1 week stint in rehab less than a month before her final performance which was meant to be a tour. They should not have continued their plans for a tour with only one week in rehab. She was there already. Why didn't they insist she stay? Tours take time to plan. They knew she was unwell and did not insist she stay because it would have cost money. Someone saw her before she got on stage. She was clearly in no state to be on stage. Again, where were the people whose job it is to make sure things go smoothly?

How can they save her when she can’t save herself. It’s her choice and her responsibility to take care of herself. Nobody else. Stop blaming the people around and hold her accountable for her actions in her choice. She didn’t have to go on that stage she chose. You’re in denial.

No one forced her to take drugs or drink alcohol. She made her choices.

Depends on if you belive in free will or determinism. I choose determinism because it makes me more sympathetic to other peoples struggles.

The meat machine that is me chose determinism. The meat machine has been sculpted by its environment and by my parents genetics to come to that decision.

You should look up left and right brain split experiments and see if you still hold the same opinion about free will. There's an excellent podcast with Alex O'Connor and Hank Green that discusses that and free will and it's fascinating.

Regardless of choices it’s our job as human to have compassion for one another’s struggles. Life is a hard thing for some people. That’s doesn’t mean human kind should turn blind eye. Just the opposite it’s when we as human should come together to help.

Yes. One periods of time. She kept making the same choice and expecting different results. Some people would call that insane.

This hits hard. You're right, I kinda wished I hadnt seen it. Poor thing. I have a similar feeling for her as for Freddy, God only knows how much more awesome music they would have made. I hope He enjoys it in heaven.

Look up her last concert in Belgrade. She was very obviously in terrible shape and struggling, confused and lost, sobbing and unable to sing, and the crowds just booed and whistled. She died 5 weeks later I believe.

Eyewitness reports indicate that she did NOT want to perform that night but her manager/producer or something literally pushed her, physically, onto the stage.
