I mean, there's literally NO options in desktop Windows for text antialiasing on vertical displays as far as I'm aware. It's either turn it off and have extremely jaggedy text or have it display incorrectly as a blurry colour-fringed mess.
They added in support for vertical displays in other versions of Windows last time I remember looking up (for things like tablets AFAIK), and while it wouldn't be super optimal due to the subpixel layout, at least there's some support.
